Breeding is becoming more expensive, but the cost of buying quality horses and ponies has become prohibitively so! Since we have drastically scaled back our Sport Pony breeding program, we have decided to offer this quality mare for sale. This is a great opportunity to add a quality broodmare to your program, or to bring her back into work as a dressage or hunter/jumper pony! Her 2021 filly by Steendiek's Cinemax is outstanding, and the Inspector for the Westfalen Verband was astounded that we hadn't bred her back. We kind of wish we had, but we are determined to downsize! Her pregnancy and delivery was uber easy, and she is a fantastic mom, so she is in perfect health to breed again.

Nelly has beautiful conformation and type with a very pretty head. She has 3 good gaits and a particularly nice trot with very good hind leg. She is a sensitive and forward mare, and has been out of work since June 2020, so she is better suited to a more experienced rider if she will be brought back as a riding pony. Sound, sane, barefoot and can live inside or out. She is registered with USEF/USDF and has a permanent pony card.
